Kenya begins 3days of mourning

Kenya has begun three days national mourning following the end of the four-day siege by Islamic militants at the west gate city mall in Nairobi, BBC reported.

President Uhuru Kenyatta announced that the siege at the shopping mall was over but said the attack by the islamist militant was immense  and 67 people died.

The report said that the number of people dead was expected to rise as the clearing of the mall is continued.

Several bodies, including those of some of the attackers are thought to be trapped under rubble after three floors of the building collapsed following a blaze.
